Group Visit Request Form 2025-2026

Thank you for your interest in visiting Brandeis!

Our Group Visit program, which offers options for both campus tours and customized information sessions, is designed for groups of 10 or more people, high school-aged or older. Groups smaller than 10 are encouraged to register for our regular tours and information sessions on our visit website, but each attendee in the group must register as an individual. We do not offer weekend visits or on-campus meal vouchers.

We are unable to offer group visits on the following dates for Fall 2025:

August: 26th
September: 1st, 10-12th, 23rd
October 2nd, 13th
November 27-28th
Visits conclude on December 10th
Tuesday afternoons

Groups must submit this form 2 weeks prior to their visit, as it takes up to 10 days to approve a request. Please note that submission of the group visit request form does not guarantee approval of the request. A confirmation email, including visit schedule and directions, will be sent as soon as the request is approved. Please email Ainsley Brady at abrady@brandeis.edu with any questions.
